James and Olivia’s wedding was a beautiful celebration at The Toronto Golf Club, and we were thrilled to provide month-of coordination to bring all of their carefully planned details together. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we took over the logistics, confirmed details with vendors, finalized the timeline, and made sure everyone was on the same page. On the wedding day, we managed vendor arrivals, setup, transitions, and the flow of the celebration so that James and Olivia could be fully present and enjoy the day. From the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour to the reception, our focus was on keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes while they celebrated with their loved ones.
